Employee Training and Development
Elgon Technologies Inc provides training on all the products that we support for our clients. We have setup labs at the HQ Office to train our employees. The purpose of providing training to our employees are:
- To develop our staff and encourage growth and career development of employees by coaching, and by helping employees achieve their personal goals at Elgon Technologies Inc and beyond.
- To work with staff to assess and provide feedback on their skills and interests; select training and development activities that match their career development objectives and job needs
- To provide training required by employees to meet the basic competencies for the job.
- To improve the performance of our staff and eliminate the skill gaps to cultivate a highly proficient staff.
- To help our employees reach their peak performance as we achieve our goals.
- To develop a good understanding of the knowledge, skills and abilities that our organization will need in the future. The long-term goals of the organization and what are the implications of these goals for employee development. Share this knowledge with staff
- Look for learning opportunities in every-day activity and identify goals and activities for development and prepare an individual development plan
